Pork Chops with Stuffing

Ingredients

Boneless Center Cut Pork Chops

Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Old Bay, Salt and Pepper

Green Onions Chopped

1 Box Pork flavor stuffing mix

Catalina Dressing

Prepare Stuffing per box instructions

Season Pork Chops, and sear chops on Medium High Heat till brown

Cook on low for approximately 10 mins. careful to not over cook, remove from heat and keep in pan to rest

Slice pork chops

Serve Pork chops over Stuffing and Garnish with Catalina Dressing and Green Onions
