A little about me: I have been traveling solo since May of 2020, after leaving my career as a Realtor in Southern California, where I worked for 16 years. In December 2019, I purchased my first Class A RV to use on weekends and vacations. I wanted a way to see the country while enjoying all the conveniences of home. After a few months, I realized that I wanted to travel full-time. So, I liquidated, purged, and stored the rest of my belongings and hit the road as a full-timer!
It has been quite an adventure meeting wonderful people from all over the country, making memories, seeing beautiful sites, and exchanging tips on living this amazing lifestyle. I have traveled to some fantastic destinations, which I have included on my webpage. I usually go to the more remote campgrounds and boondocking places along my journey, I like to call hidden gems, so be sure to check out “Destinations” on the menu to find places you may want to discover.
During my travels, I have collected recipes and tested them for ease, taste, and affordability. Cooking on the road can be challenging with limited prep space, food storage, and various cooking appliances like BBQs and smokers. I hope you enjoy my recipes and the hacks I have developed over the years to make cooking on the road easy, pleasurable, and rewarding.
As you explore my website, you will find information on organization, storage, useful products, and everyday tips. I invite you to explore my webpage and hopefully find something to help you experience your own adventure, whether you are a full-time traveler, part-time adventurer, or weekend warrior!
Here’s to Happy, Safe Travels and Great Food,
