Hamburger Stroganoff

Ingredients

2C Cooked wide noodles

1lb Hamburger

1 Medium onion, chopped

2 Tbsp or 4 cloves of garlic, minced

Garlic Salt & Pepper

1Tbsp Italian seasoning

1 small can of Mushrooms/or 1lb of fresh sliced mushrooms

2Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1/2-1C Red Wine

1 14oz Cream of Mushroom soup

1C Sour Cream

Fresh or Dried Parsley for Garnishing

Directions

Cook Noodles according to package directions

Add Hamburger to skillet, add seasonings, and cook till pink, add mushrooms and onions, Mix well

Once the meat is brown and the mushrooms and onions are cooked, add Worcestershire sauce, and cook till all liquid is evaporated (do not drain)

Mix well

Add Wine and cook until the wine is evaporated and well-cooked into the meat

Stir in Cream of Mushroom soup, mix well, lower the temperature, and let the soup melt into the meat mixture

Once incorporated, turn to low and add Sour Cream. You can add as much as you like here.

Fold in Noodles till blended well

Cover and let stand for 10 Mins.

Serve with a dollop of sour cream and parsley
