Gazpacho Soup

Ingredients:

4-5 Roma Tomatoes

1C Cucumber, chopped

1C Red or White onion, chopped

1 14oz can Fire Roasted Tomatoes

1Tbsp Celery Seed, or use chopped celery

1Tbsp Cumin Seed

1 Bottle Bloody Mary Mix of choice

Salt & Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour; longer is better

Garnish

Avacado Chopped

A dollop of Sour Cream

Hot Sauce

Worcestershire Sauce

Fresh Cilantro Chopped

Additional Options: Chopped Marinated Shrimp

Chopped Clams

Combo of any fish of choice

Great Serving Idea

Have a Taco Bar and serve with Tacos of choice,

Or pair with tacos for a Mexican version of soup and sandwich!!
