Creamy Homemade Dill Ranch Dressing Recipe in minutes
Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup half n’half, I like the richness, but you can use milk too
3 Tbsp dried dill weed
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons dried chives
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
The juice of 1 lemon to taste (as a substitute, use wine vinegar) add to taste.
- Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
- Add the spices until combined.
- Add the lemon and whisk again.
- I always just mix in the jar I’m going to store the dressing in.
- At this point, adjust the consistency that you like.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour for flavors to blend
- Dressing will keep in the refrigerator for at least 2 weeks. Although mine never lasts that long, as I use this for my salads, dip for vegetables, and of course Hot Wings, and chicken tenders.
