Turkey Stuffing Casserole in the Crockpot

Turkey Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients

1 lg yam or 2 small yams cubed

2-3 Tbsp of Brown Sugar

1/2 stick of Butter Cubed

2-3 c Cooked Turkey (can use chicken if you like) cubed or cut into bite-size pieces

1 14oz. Can Cream of Chicken soup

2-3 c of cooked Stuffing/Dressing (or 1 box of chicken stuffing prepared)

1 c frozen peas (or 1 can of green beans)

1 14oz. can of Cream of Mushroom soup

Directions

Spray the pot with non-stick spray

Place yams in, followed by brown sugar and butter

Next layer, add the turkey (or chicken)

Add Cream of Chicken soup and spread to cover

Add Stuffing/dressing and spread to cover

Add Peas (or green beans)

Add 1 14oz. Cream of Mushroom soup and spread to cover

Cover crockpot and cook on High for 2 hours, or low 3-4 hours

Let set for 1/2 hour to set up

Serve with Whole or Jellied Cranberry Sauce
